Given the importance of TEA at early stages - we think it’s critical that the innovator remains in the drivers seat so that TEA insights actually drive R&D, strategic, and operational outcomes. Like driving school, we’d prefer to coach the learners from the passenger seat, and guide teams through the process of building a model in Excel from beginning to end. There’s no shortcut to building this mental + TEA model!
